These general terms and conditions regulate the use of the services of Pickupdrop.ch by customers.
Online bookings are only valid if made 24 hours before departure.
The vehicle category is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Minimum fare of CHF 5 will be charged for each booking.
The company is not responsible for delays caused outside its control.
In the event of a complaint against the driver or the quality of the service, the passenger can contact Customer Service on 076 225 23 23.
The company is not responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage that may occur after transportation.
Customers must refrain from the following conduct in the vehicle:
1. smoking
2. consumption of drugs of any kind
3rd Littering
4. dirt or damage to the seats and the passenger compartment
5. harassing and insulting the driver
In the event of non-compliance, the driver has the right to refuse or cancel the transport.
The Company is entitled to forward customer information at the request of an authorized authority.
The Company is entitled to amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version that is published on the Pickupdrop.ch website at a certain time is valid.
Pickupdrop.ch cannot be held responsible for technical problems that hinder access to the website.
